I have always had a soft spot in my chest for Mola Ram. Pun intended.

No, just kidding. :-) My favorite is probably Toht, I love the way he softly laughs/giggles at Marion in Raiders ("Well, Fraulein, I'm sure we can " - you get the idea). And his hanger trick was one of the best jokes in Raiders ;-)
