If you are in the US:
ACE Pure Denatured Alcohol (ACE # 11342), $3.49 for one quart (Yeah, it's REAL expensive!). Every ACE hardware store should have it in stock. That stuff works like a charm.
Other than that you have to calculate it and dilute your alcohol accordingly. Remember Chemistry 101? ;)
