I had the same problem on the Last Crusade
I called the LucasArts Technical Support Hotline at (415) 507-4545
and I sent them the floppy and they send me a newone within a week
The thing is that I called them 1 week after I bought it and the disk they send me was free.

: On a quiet evening, with nothing but re-runs on the TV, I decided to get out my old floppy disk version of "Indiana Jones and The Fate Of Atlantis" and install it, but one of the floppies had corrupted itself.
: So if anyone can send me, or point me to a link where I camn download, Disk 2 (File name PCVIQA_B.ND4) it would be MUCH appreciated.
