I've finished this game, start to finish, and I found that the puzzles
were straightforward if you took a little time.
My memory isn't that great, so what exactly are you stuck at?
If memory serves correctly, Cairo was jumping from roof tops and along the ground.
Look for a basket, you can jump on top of them and then onto balconies.
You might have to push the basket to a place that will do you any good.
