Give my friend Rocky a call at The Hat Shop in Lebanon, Missouri. He says he can repair a hole in felt, and as far as he knows he's the only hat guy who can (or is even willing to try). His phone number is (417) 588-8998. He's open Monday to Saturday from 10-6, more or less.
