Gung-ho? No doubt. Motivated? Absolutely. But on the matter of "blazing guns," it's recorded that only about 15-20% of troops in WWII fired their weapons without a sergeant kicking them in the butt to do so. In Korea, these numbers went up to about half. In Vietnam, it went up to 95% firing rate. Kind of scary, really.
A little bit of history for you, and of course a little cheap advertising for Lt. Colonel Dave Grossman, a brilliant and inspiring leader, or so the guys who have served with him tell me.
Still, I bet Indy would consistently kick Nazi butt.
