Film: Raiders, Star Trek II (the only good one....), Ghostbusters, Buckaroo Banzai
comics: Secret Wars, Crisis on Infinite Earths, Dark Knight
role-playing games like Top Secret, Star Trek
TV: Dr Who, first few seasons of TNG, MTV (when they actually played VIDEOS)
sports: SF 49ers, NY Mets (didn't get into other sports until the 90's)

There's probably more, but my brain is ceasing to function until I get lunch.
