A strange question for any of you who have travelled to foreign lands

Would any of you know where I might be able to pick up a sew-on patch with a country's name and flag on it? I looked everywhere on the internet and haven't found one- only decals. I started picking up these little momentos when I lived in the Mediterranean region last year, but I failed to pick any up when I was in South America, the year before I started doing this.

I am interested in getting a Chile and Peru flag patch for the times I spent down there. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate the assist.
