Karen Allen had the opportunity to go on to big things but went against it for some reason. She rejected being in the second Indy movie and decided to choose her film roles "carefully" and did some stage work. She didn't cash in on her success, though she was in "Starman" (1984) (and she had a small role in "The Perfect Storm").

Kate Capshaw is married to Spielberg so she doesn't have to worry about her acting career (though she still continues to be in movies, mostly smaller roles or lower profile films).

Alison Doody is just plain ol' MIA.

I dunno I think it's mostly by choice the reason none of the Indy chicks achieved big success after the Indy movies.
