Gary White and Herbert Johnson hats are custom hats.
The rest are manufactured hats, and the prices shown are Catalog
prices of Miller Hats http://www.millerhats.com/.

I guess you could get them for much lower price at Stetson's Factory
Outlet as suggested by Jeff.
As I have mentioned before, Biltmore, Dobbs, Resistol and Stetson
are all owned by one company now.
