I just got an email back from Lucasfilm regarding the French Issue. I really wanna get one. I love the cover!! Anyways, this is what they said.

"I'm sorry, our Licensing contract permits us to sell within the US & Canada only. The Star Wars Gamer is not available in any language except for English. You might want to check at http://www.starwars.com/community/fanclubs/ to find out more information about Fan Clubs in other countries.
