Indy books?

hi i'm quite new to this board and the whole indy scene, but i like it very much and was wondering is there are any Indiana Jones Books besides ones "based one the motion picture" i ask this because every time i've gone to the book store i'd never seen any indy books and if there are any i'm sure they'd be a great read

in conclusion, are there indy books, if so what section would they be in, because i don't see them in Scifi/Fantasy, also if there are books about how big is the library of books?
