: that's a quote from Peter Benchley's novel, "The Beast". (Giant squid novel/movie)------------There's the Spielberg/Benchley-Jaws connection.- There's a character, first name "Lucas", and the hero's first name is "Whip"- Mr. Benchley was probably dreaming of selling yet another novel to Lucas/Spielberg and envisioning Ford playing Whip Dalton. At least they got Charles Martin Smith, "Toad" in American Grafitti a part in the film- He plays a semi-bad guy for a change. I don't think you'd regret renting this movie!
