HELP!!! Infernal machine bug (level 4) is killing me

I know many people stoped playing the game but on Shambala i can't find with key is required for opening the gate that colapsed on my face. The key the old lady gave me is stuck on the first key hole!

Can anyone help me with what to do? I already used the update 1.2 and didn't work.

PLEASE!!! can someone be kind to give me the level 5 saved file?
