: Go to www.markertek.com, and type in the search area "velcro cable wrap". They come in lengths from 1" X 3" to 1" X 21", and lock cables or in this case whips, in one place. They also have something called a "VelcroMark" wrap with a hook, 12 inches in length and come is sets of 4 for $17. The part number on the cable wrap is RT3-10, and is priced $22.00 for a pack of 10. All sorts of colors are offered too. Brown is there. Looks like this may be your fix. Regards. Michaelson
