New hat site: here goes this can 'o worms...

Ok, so there seems to be some interest.

I admit that I miss Lugers' site. I found it very informative when I first started looking for hats. Too bad.

So heres what I need from people: HJ, PB, Miller, Keppler (fed I got)
any others that are worth including? Stetsons?

I want to avoid company product shots, they never look right.

3/4 head shots, mid chest on up. Preferably wearing your hat.

Description of what said hat is. Maker, modificatios,etc.

Just shots of the hat. 3 views please.
Front, 3/4 side and full side.

Please try to take news pics in DAYLIGHT or decent known light source.
Tell me what kind of light it is so I can correct it.

One of the biggest problems I find is that the colors vary all over the place and we never get a good idea of what the true color is.

Akubra Federation, dimension cut 2 3/4 front/back, 2 5/8 sides.
1.5 " french millinery ribbon.
Steam bashed to match idol scene (more or less).
Favorite weathering technique/adventure: Preschoolers who are can inflict more damage the mthe nazi's!
