FEDORA QUESTION?!!!!!

Dear folks~

I just received my "Indy Custom" fedora from Peters Bros., and it's awesome looking. It's stiff and looks exactly like the "Raiders" hat.
My question is...as I am not a taylor, I was probably a bit generous with the size of my head and the hat is a tad big. Any suggestions how to make it a bit smaller, more snug? Taylors, professional hatters.....DUCT-TAPE?!
