How do you get stains out of pleated pant similar to WWII officer's "pinks" with button flap rear pockets and a button fly?

I don't want to bore you with the details, but when I went to the post office to get my new Wested, I got there and couldn't wait to open it. I opened the package and got so excited that, well, I couldn't contain myself. The people in the post office laughed at me, but I don't care. They wear modern clothing... Losers.
