eBay whip...what do you think? Should I buy it?

Hey y'all there's a Dutch auction on ebay for a 6 ft. whip. I'm wanting to buy a whip more as a prop enhancement for my outfit. I'm not interested in spending boooo-koooos of money on a whip at this time. What I want to know is, for the price, do you think this would be Indy enough to wear? I'd love to hear your input.
