Back in '95 Premiere Magazine put out a whole collection of nicely bound film screenplays. They are all what I would consider the "Shooting script" because they are what you see and hear in the movie. I have the whole Indy trilogy on my coffee table! They pop up on Ebay every once in awhile and go for $5-$10! They are set up in traditional Screenplay format, but the type-set has been shrunken down to fit a 120 page screenplay onto about 80 pages in the published "book." It's worth a look if you need to know what was actually said! I hope this helps!
