The most obvious reversed negative scene is in 'The Temple of Doom'. It's right after Shorty gives Indy his hat after having burned him out of the Thuggee trance. Willie says, "Now let's get out of here." To which Indy replies, "Right, all of uth"(Ford develops a lisp in this scene as well). Check the bow on this hat and his bent nose, also probably his chin scar, all are on/facing the wrong side.
