This hat can exfoliate (and take all the hair off) your head at once. Is that why you need liability insurance? ;) I'm not sure that a disclaimer (signed by the customer) will suffice.
Do you offer an optional chin strap for underwater activities? I guess, could mcguyver one from a string... ;)
