I bought another pair before the price went up earlier this year. The new boots are marginally darker than my old ones.
Yeah,the laces are sort of short, but they stretch a few inches within a few days.

: No, there's no choice of color. All new Aldens are darker than they used to be. And prepare to buy some longer bootlaces as well. You'll need them.
