I wouldn't buy it if I were you. Looking at the pictures, it looks to me like the whip is pretty old. Old leather breaks very easily. I can understand that you are pretty excited about having a whip, but that whip looks like a piece of junk, to be perfectly honest. Besides that, have you ever handled an 18 foot whip?

As David Morgan told me, don't buy a whip from someone you don't trust. You won't know how it was made.
