I have an old LL Bean goatskin flight jacket hybrid thing I started wearing in 1984. It squeaked like hell then, and it squeaks like hell now. And I wore it constantly. I'm not saying Dr. Body's suggestion won't work, but you might just have to live with a sqeaky jacket. After a while, you don't even notice it. Like the train going by Elwood Blues' apartment.
