Lynne, I am writing this here because I know of no other way of reaching you. I spent almost 4 hours trying to downlod the trailer for Episode 1. I got all the way to 99%, then finally, just before getting to the point of giving up, It completed. ALAS, it said that the 14.7meg AVI was the wrong format. I can't even begin to tell you how displeased I am by this.

In the future, if you are going to have links to downloadable files, please make sure they work.
