About Ford's schedule(indy4)

I just read the news and was thinking about the staement that Indy 4 can't be being filmed soon because Ford is supposed to be doing What Lies Beneath. Well, I know other actors/actresses have done it, so why can't he be filming What Lies Beneath and fitting in a little Indy 4? Maybe it's a longshot, but I still have hope.
