Call Joe Jr at PB. The 1-800 number they have is at their site. Right now though there's a notice at the site that says you have to order now to beat the Christmas rush. Lee Kepler makes a good fedora also and it can be in you hands by 4 weeks. There's also the Fed's but you must shape those hats yourself.
