I enjoy my 12 footer. It's like describing the difference between owning a .38 special, and moving up to a .357. It's more gun, and just takes some getting used to. I went from an 8 footer to a 12 footer, and the differences in styles are tremendous, and takes more work to "master", but it's a change. I, too, would prefer a 10 footer for most work, but don't discount the 12. Once you're used to it, it's fun to work with. Regards. Michaelson

: Not that much you can do with a 12 unless you already have a 10 and 8 ft. Too long for a first whip and too long to learn with. IMHO...
