Indy Games for MACS??!!

With all these posts about old Indy games, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way these games would play on a Macintosh. I don't own a PC but it looks like most of the games are for PCs. Also, does anyone know if Infernal Machine will eventually come out on the Mac? Thanks for any help you can give me!
