I think that TOD had the most action of the three, even though the storyline more or less was only loosely connected to the others, other than strengthening his beliefs in the occult. Raiders showed us what Indy was all about, Last Crusade showed us the person behind the hero. I really can't say which is my favorite anymore, it changes everytime I watch a different movie, but I think the three movies blend together well to sum up one complete character.
