Yup, I hate to say this, but I have a whip as well (though I haven't used it in years, and it's back on the east coast rotting in my parents' attic).

No human targets...namely because I'm not good enough to ask for human volunteers. Though I did do a rather nasty thing to my family goldfish, once... That's another story.
