Fantasy Sci-fi convention in LA

Heya, I am hosting a large scale Fantasy Sci-fi convention in LA this summer & as I have been a long time Indy fan I want to have a big Indy influence & contigency there. The event will focus more on a variety of films such as Harry Potter & Lord of the Rings but we are going to be all encompasing to accomodate lots of interests.

Does anyone have any Indy related ideas for activities? Anyone know who I should contact to set up Indy gear booths there?

Also we will need volunteers for flyering & day of help so please email me if interested.
