I believe this is the most likely scenario. I remember a while back hearing that the past Indy girls were lobbying to be in it. I wonder if they'll all get their wish? I feel that her part will probably be small, otherwise Spielberg wouldn't be giving up this information right now. I think it's a bit of red herring... Just a hunch...
