Ronny Coutteure Remy of Young Indiana Jones Question?

Ronny Coutteure, the actor who played Remy in the Young Indiana Jones series committed suicide on 21 June 2000. Does anyone have any information about his death? Why did he do it? Twas a sad day for Indy fans and I beleive that it went unnoticed. I just found out about it today.
