: How about The Rocketeer? It's a B-movie set in the 30s, it's got Nazis, it's got a Zeppelin, it's got rocket man gear for crying out loud! And it's got Jennifer Connelly and Alan Arkin. As a bonus, Timothy Dalton dies in this movie. The hero is likeable, his girl has lots of cleavage and is in constant distress (I'd prefer dis-dress). The hero's mentor is crusty and acts as over-the-top as the smarmy villain. Nostalgia rules. What more do you want, dammit? Just don't get the Super Nintendo game. It stinks.
