Is that Thing any good? (e-bay find)

This VW sure looks good to me. It's the closest I can find to a German kuebelwagen, and it's only 29 years old with 19 000 miles on the clock. I especially like the look of the dash. "And I even like the color."
What will I do with my new set of wheels, you ask? I will go duck hunting. Maybe I can even mount my hunting rifle between the driver and passenger seat.

PS: 0-60 in 19 seconds. Top speed about 70 mph. Ca 30mpg (I bet it needs leaded fuel)!
