Character question

At the beginning of Raiders, there is character named Barranca,
who tries to shoot Indy--Indy whips him & so forth.
Is this the same actor as the guy on the motorcycle who owns the monkey later in the movie? Barranca is clean shaven--the monkey owner has facial hair & eye patch.

Also, these two characters look very similar to the villain in
the YIJC first episode, Curse of the Jackal. This guy was named
Demetrius I believe; he had a claw hand.
Does anyone know?
