As for any further sequels, I believe Ford's comments were more along the lines of he should 'never say never again', but those comments were made two years ago now, in early 2000. So unless- after Lucas finishes with Star Wars in 2005- the heavens part and God hands Lucas an incredible idea for an absolute final Indy adventure, I wouldn't expect an Indy 5 anymore.
