Lucas' Empire

The new issue of Empire magazine has quite a bit of Star Wars/Lucas coverage, and also features a nice little interview with Harrison Ford.

Among the brief Indy questions, Ford talks about how it was Lucas who came up with the look for Indy (leather jacket and felt hat in Tunisia) and how he asked him, "Is all this suffering really necassary?". :)

He also addresses Indy 4 and if the fact that he's turning 60 this year will impact the film negatively. Ford: "Why? It's not an age-based character really...I suppose we can't bang him up as much as we used to! I suppose I'll just pretend to be able to do it, just as I was pretending in the other films."
