It would obviously have to be a really great idea for them to even consider a part 5, so it could be really interesting.

I think it will all hinge on how big a deal they make out of Indy being older in part 4. If it isn't that big an issue (and so far, Spielberg doesn't seem to think it will be), then that could set up a final film where it truly is 'Indy's last hurrah'.
