Any news on Indy DVD?

It's been a while sence I've been in the forum. I was wondering if anyone has herd of any news on Indy on DVD? About 6 or 7 months ago some one said that Speolberg wouldn't release his movies on DVD until a million DVD player have been sold. Someone also said that a million DVD players would be sold by christmas 98. Any news?
