Voynich Manuscript

A recent Astronomy Picture of the Day showed a page from a mysterious untranslated text, called the Voynich Manuscript. I was immediately fascinated. Following various links I saw mention of an Indy novel that used this in the storyline. Which one? It seems like Philosopher's Stone is the most likely one, but I can't remember. Do any of you?
