....but Richard Amsel's Raiders poster with Indy in the forefront, and flanked by Belloq, Dietrich, Swordman, Marion etc. is my absolute favorite piece of artwork. Struzan is "good....very, very good", but it is in those penciled lines filled in with color that emanates the true spirit and soul of our beloved Indiana.
I purchased a 27" x 41" ORIGINAL for $5 at a junky toy store, and had it framed. It is this illustrious sweep of color that greets me as I wake.
I cannot help ponder what other masterpieces could have become.....
