As for Infernal Machine, I only played through it one time, but I do remember it didn't take too many days to complete either. (Of course, I may have spent more time each day playing it then.)

But overall, ET is a game I'm still eager to play every chance I get, while I never even bothered to go back and find the Monkey's Island easter egg in IM.
