I agree with the pleat aspect of the shirt. However this is impossible when simply adding the detail on a ready made shirt. And the final look is indistinquishable (sp?) from the original.

I had a replica made to measure which looks ok, but I know I can get a better one, so I'll have a go with the "add-on" angle. It it looks ok, I'll get some pics posted here.

Is Peter Botwright getting a hold of the original pattern? I thought I read that in a past post once? Even if he does, it won't be an original shirt as such (buttons and material subject to availability) and will still end up a close as possible (with the exception of design).
