: If you own the Raiders of the Lost Ark Widescreen on laserdisc: Are there supposed to be faint lines and static-like "ghosts" that appear both in the box and in the black? Is this caused by a poor transfer or mastering problems? Is this typical for this particular laserdisc? The reason I ask is that I have ordered, exchanged and received a second copy, both of which have the same problems. Is Raiders just a notoriously "poor quality" laserdisc or does this particular batch of this disc just happen to be poorly made? I am new to the laserdisc market and appreciate any information you may offer. Thanks. belloq
