Although this is being posted far after anyone will read it, I have to contribute. Although I'm a big fan of the old NES Indy and the Temple of Doom (the music rules!), I have to go with the Fate of Atlantis. Great music, story, characters - it was like a whole new Indy movie! Also, as far as arcade goes, The Indiana Jones Pinball Adventure is the only thing I'll feed quarters to.
