Do any Indy books further the story of the Raiders gold idol?

Do any of the IJ books ever further the story of the golden fertility idol seen in the opening of Raiders? Does it end up with a private collector, in a museum, or maybe Belloch never got around to getting rid of it. Does anyone know?
