Indiana Jones and The Infernal Machine for N64

Hello all,

I'm currently playing Indiana Jones and The Infernal Machine for N64. I'm new to the board so I'm not sure if anyone's asked about this before. The level King Solomon's Mines is somehow blocked - When I finished The Meroe, which is the level before Solomon's Mines, it gave me a very short cut-scene of Indy on the mining cart, then went right into the level King Nub's Tomb. My N64 console is used so I'm suspecting that the previous owner put in some kind of cheat. I was wondering if anyone knows how to de-activate this cheat to allow access to the Solomon's level, or if there's any other solution to this problem?
